1) MAD THE SWINE (Freddie Mercury)

Only released on 'Headlong' 12"/CD single. It was originally going to be released on the Queen album, but Freddie, Brian, Roger and John didn't like the way Roy Thomas Baker mixed it. Neither side wanted to change their mind so it was decided to leave it off the album altogether.

B-side of 'Seven Seas Of Rhye'. Based on a song by Sonny Terry and Brownie McGhee. It is not known whether the song is similar to the original or radically different. Some people claim it is almost a cover version, but as no-one seems to know precisely which song is covered it is hard to assess this information!
